Billy Wagner was selected by the Houston Astros in the first round of the 1993 MLB Draft. He went on to become the 1999 NL Rolaids Relief Man Award winner, a 7x All-Star selection and part of a combined no-hitter on June 11, 2003 vs. the Yankees. He is a member of the Houston Astros Hall of Fame.
