Bernie Parent spent 13 season in the National Hockey League and is widely acknowledged as one of the greatest goaltenders of all time. The Flyers won back-to-back Stanley Cups during the 1973–74 and 1974–75 seasons, and Parent brough home the Vezina and Conn Smythe Trophies both seasons, posting 30 shutouts during that time. Parent has been named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players in history and is a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, Class of 1984.
